Are all your products gluten-free?
Yes! Our bakery is 100% gluten-free, and we follow strict commercial guidelines to ensure there is absolutely no cross-contamination with gluten. From sourcing our ingredients to preparing and baking each product, every step is carefully managed to meet the highest gluten-free standards.

Do you use refined sugars or additives?
A definite NO. All of our products are naturally sweetened with coconut sugar, maple syrup, molasses and honey. We never use additives or artificial sweeteners—just simple, wholesome ingredients that let the natural flavors shine.

I have a nut allergy. Can I still eat your products?
While we do offer nut-free options, we use many nuts in our bakery, so cross-contamination is likely.

Do you ship internationally?
No. At the moment, we only offer shipping for a selection of our bite-sized cookies within Greece. We’re actively working on finding reliable solutions for international shipping and hope to make our products available to more of you in the near future. Why are some products only delivered within Athens?
Perishable bakery items like cakes, breads, soft cookies and energy balls are available for domestic shipping or pick-up only to ensure freshness.

How soon will my products ship?
We bake every order fresh for you. Orders are prepared, baked, and shipped within 1-2 business days of placement.

If you need your order sooner, please contact us by phone or email, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
